Our Vision

To emerge as a leading interdisciplinary centre of excellence dedicated to advancing gender equality, empowerment, and social justice through research, education, capacity building , and community engagement, contributing to an inclusive and equitable society at a local, national, and global levels.

Our Mission

To promote gender empowerment through skill development, education, and capacity-building initiatives, with a special focus on underprivileged women and marginalized communities.

To foster rigorous academic research and interdisciplinary scholarship in gender studies, generating evidence-based insights to inform policy and practice.
To support, evaluate, and strengthen government initiatives and development programs related to gender equity, aligned with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 5.
To serve as a collaborative platform connecting academia, government, civil society, and industry for dialogue, innovation, and action on gender-related challenges.
To create awareness, encourage critical discourse, and build gender-sensitive leadership that drives sustainable and inclusive development.
